How does delivery work?
Pick up your order from our address in North York, or we can arrange an Uber Delivery courier straight to your door — whichever's easier for you.
How long does production take?
It depends on the size of your order. Small orders (a few boxes) are usually ready the same day. Larger or custom orders may take 1–2 days — we'll confirm timing when you order.
Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes! Add any of our flavours to your cart in whatever quantities you like, and choose our Signature Box packaging to gift them all together.
How long do the dates stay fresh?
Best enjoyed within a week at room temperature, or up to 2–3 weeks refrigerated. See our Storage & Freshness page for full tips.
